Huffaker Motorsports supports vintage racers in all classes of cars at events across the U.S. Huffaker does end-to-end racer support, from engine building and fabrication, to car set up, testing, driver coaching and race track support at events. We understand the needs of the vintage racer who expects a well turned out race car with period correct presentation, the latest in safety gear and a great experience at the track. Dyno Services
Huffaker has a 50-year history of building championship winning race car engines from small bore BMCs to fire breathing V-8’s and everything in between. Huffaker-built engines have been part of 35 SCCA and multiple-Trans Am Championships. The Huffaker team knows how to extract top performance and reliability from every type of motor. We have an in-house engine dyno for rent or as a turn key solution.
ENGINES
We have deep experience in building and tuning all types of racing engines including Alfa Romeo, Aston Martin, BMC, Chevy, Coventry Climax, Datsun, Lamborghini, Lotus, Mopar and others. We have built motors that have won in many major classes and types of racing throughout our history.
DYNO
We have a full SuperFlow Powermark engine dyno set up in house that features the latest in digital technology and is rated up to 2000 HP. Engine dyno services can be utilized as a complete turnkey solution with our technicians or on a lease-by-the-hour basis for your use.
MACHINE SHOP
Full in-house machine shop for end-to-end engine building requirements, from block to head. Our ability to perform most machine elements of engine building in house increases quality control and reduces build project time.

WHERE WE ARE
Sonoma, CA
Huffaker Motorsports is located at historic Sonoma Raceway. Being at the track has many benefits: it reduces transit costs, makes test days more convenient and race weekends more fun with a simulator available for drivers.
Sonoma Raceway, originally and still often called, Sears Point, is a road course and dragstrip located in Sonoma, California. The road course features 12 turns on a hilly course with 160 feet of elevation change. It is host to one of only three NASCAR Cup Series races each year that are run on road courses. It has also hosted IndyCar Series, the NHRA Mello Yello Drag Racing Series and several other auto and motorcycle racing series.
